Japanese Cuisine Exhibition
As Japanese cuisine is submitted for inclusion on Unesco’s intangible world heritage list, the Guimet Museum is hosting the exhibition ‘Japanese Cuisine’ in its honour. Visitors will discover the art of cooking Japanese style, as well as many other elements of Japanese culture and Japanese chefs will introduce you to the flavors and scents of Japanese cuisine. The exhibition will also aim to show utensils that are used on a regular basis in Japanese cuisine.

The Guimet Museum is located only 17 minutes away from the hotel Eiffel Segur with line 6 (Stop Iéna).
From May 5th to June 5th, the Palais de Tokyo will be hosting the exhibition ‘No. 5. Culture Chanel’. The exhibit will decrypt the famous fragrance, underline the links that set it in the context of an era and will also show the avant-garde trends in association with it.
The Roland Garros Tournament, also referred to as The French Open is a major tennis tournament held over two weeks between late May and early June. Roland-Garros is one the four Grand Slam tournaments along with the US Open, Wimbledon and the Australian Open. This year, Rolland Garros will take place from May 21st to June 9th near Porte d’Auteuil.
From April 30th to May 12th 2013, the famous Foire de Paris is back at Paris’s Porte de Versailles.
